Just singing in the rain.

"Life isn't about waiting for the storm to pass, it's about learning to dance in the rain."

I'm singing in the rain
Just singing in the rain
What a glorious feelin'
I'm happy again
I'm laughing at clouds
So dark up above
The sun's in my heart
And I'm ready for love
Let the stormy clouds chase
Everyone from the place
Come on with the rain
I've a smile on my face
I walk down the lane
With a happy refrain
Just singin',
Singin' in the rain

- An excerpt of the song "Singin' in the Rain" by Gene Kelly.

I must remember that

"Feeling trapped" and "Feeling safe" are not the same thing.

They said it all.

Run away, running away, ran away.
Chase after, chasing after, chased after.
Fall down, falling down, fell down.
Cover up, covering up, covered up.
Hide away, hiding away, hid away.
Slip through, slipping through, slipped through.
Hold on, holding on, held on.

Those eyes. They said it all.

I adore subject of admiration with the passion of Romeo for his Juliet.

Enough said.

I know myself like I know the back of my hand;

and how often do we look at that?

Loud as a siren,

My excitement is the alarm which triggers my voice.

Neglected,

my heart is like metal cold to the touch,
but easily warmed by caring hands.

Melodramatic is an understatement,

sometimes I am a hurricane.

As intense as fire,

my love is bright and burning hot.

Intricate as a spider's web,

my emotions may be fragile…
but they are as beautiful as the pattern of silver-thin lines.

My face is a mask to those who do not truly know me,

but my mask is the face that betrays me to the ones closest to me.

I'm a manuscript;

The musical notes of my life are written upon me,
but unknown to me until I hear them played.

I'm searching;

A lost wanderer looking up to the night sky for directions;
just to see million other stars.
